Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel a purchase within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Novamed, info@www.novamedshop.co.uk, Phone number: + 49 49 49 49 49) of your decision to cancel this purchase by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than – (a) 30 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 30 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 30 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

We will bear the direct cost of returning the goods if you fill in our return form.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

What if I have received a defective product?

In the unfortunate event that you have received a defective product, feel free to contact us via the contact form or by sending us an email at info@www.novamedshop.co.uk. We will make sure to send you a replacement after you provided us proof by photo that you have received a product that does not meet our high quality standard.

What if I’m not happy about my product?

If for any reason you are not happy with your product, please contact us by form or email. You will have 30 days to return your products for free.

Please note that if items have clearly been used, it is possible that we will not fully refund the item (depending on the amount of damage that the product has suffered).

How long does it take for a reply on my return/exchange query?

Depending on how many returns are being requested, it can take up to 5 days to receive a return shipping label. In the event that you did not receive a reply after 5 days, please feel free to give us a call at +49 49 49 49 49 and we will make sure to provide a reply to your query within 60 minutes.

How long does it take to receive my refund/exchange?

A refund will be processed within 5 days after receiving your return. If you did not receive a refund after 10 days of returning your purchase, please give us a call and we will check the status of your refund.

What does it cost me to return my purchase?

Returning a purchase to us is free in case you use our free return shipping label. To request a return, please fill in the return request form.

Can I send back my product when it is unused after 30 days?

Yes, but we may request a photo to make sure the product is still in original state. In case the product is clearly used upon checking the return, we will send back the product to you instead of refunding the product.

How much time do I have to cancel my purchase?
